Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Computer Copilot ("we," "us," "our"). They cover your use of our website, the LEARN AI / Real Estate course waitlist, and (when launched) the course itself. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

Short version: joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation. When the course launches, you decide whether to enroll. Course purchases are protected by a 30-day money-back guarantee. We're a single business owner, not a brokerage, attorney, or lender — none of this is legal, financial, or tax advice.

1. Who we are

Computer Copilot is an independent education business. We build practical A.I. workflows for real estate agents and teach them in our courses. Contact: info@computercopilot.com.

2. Joining the waitlist

The waitlist is free. By submitting the form you agree to:

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send you.

3. The course (once available)

What you get

When you enroll, you receive access to the modules, lessons, templates, prompt vault, and bonuses described on the offer page at the time of purchase. We may update the course content over time. Future improvements are included as part of your access at no extra cost.

License of use

Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for your own real estate marketing. You may use the templates, prompts, and workflows to market real estate services that you provide.

What you can't do

4. Payment and pricing

Course prices are listed at the time of purchase. Founding-member pricing is honored for as long as your account remains in good standing. Taxes are added based on your billing location where required.

5. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you enroll and you don't believe the course delivers what we promise within 30 days of purchase, email info@computercopilot.com and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no phone calls. After the 30-day window the purchase is final.

6. No professional advice

Computer Copilot is an education business. Nothing in the course or on this site constitutes legal, financial, tax, brokerage, or compliance advice. You're responsible for following the rules of your MLS, your brokerage, NAR, your state real estate commission, and applicable fair-housing law (including in your use of A.I.-generated imagery and copy).

7. Third-party tools

The course teaches workflows that use third-party tools (for example, Anthropic Claude, Higgsfield, GoHighLevel). Those services have their own terms, pricing, and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for changes those companies make to their offerings.

8. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the site, the waitlist endpoint, and the course content accurate and available, but we provide everything "as is" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Results vary. We don't promise specific marketing outcomes, lead counts, listings won, or income from using the system.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Computer Copilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities, even if we knew the loss was possible. If we are ever found liable to you for any reason, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Computer Copilot harmless from any claim that arises from your misuse of the course, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right (including MLS or NAR rules) while using the workflows we teach.

11. Termination

We can suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, abuses the platform, shares paid content with non-paying users, or charges back a payment without first contacting us. You can close your own account at any time by emailing us.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice at the top of this page.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that we can't resolve by email will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Utah.
