Computer Copilot ("we," "us," "our") operates the LEARN AI / Real Estate course, the related waitlist page at claudecode-agents.up.railway.app (and any custom domain we publish), and supporting materials. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how it's handled. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to the terms below.
Short version: we only collect the information you give us (mainly first name + email when you join the waitlist) and the minimum technical data needed to deliver the site. We don't sell your information. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing info@computercopilot.com.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Waitlist signups: first name and email address when you submit the form on the homepage.
- Course purchases (when available): billing name, billing address, and payment details required by our payment processor.
- Support requests: any information you include when you contact us by email.
Information collected automatically
- Standard request data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps — collected by our hosting provider's standard server logs.
- Cookies and similar tech: we use a minimal number of first-party cookies needed for the site to function. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers on the page.
2. How we use it
- To add you to the course waitlist and notify you when the doors open.
- To deliver the brand-rules template, Module 1 video, and any other free assets we offer to subscribers.
- To send you the founding-member offer, course updates, and related information about the LEARN AI / Real Estate program.
- To respond to your questions or support requests.
- To operate, monitor, secure, and improve the website.
3. Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We do share it with the small number of service providers required to run the site and deliver what you signed up for:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): our customer relationship and email platform. When you join the waitlist, your name + email + tag are stored in GoHighLevel so we can email you.
- Railway: hosts the website and its server-side form proxy.
- Cloudflare: serves our static images and provides edge caching, DNS, and security.
- Anthropic: we use Claude as part of how the course content is built; no waitlist information is sent to Anthropic.
- Higgsfield: referenced in course content for AI imagery; no waitlist information is sent to Higgsfield.
- Payment processor (when course launches): a PCI-compliant processor (Stripe or equivalent) handles billing. We never store full card numbers.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, a valid subpoena, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the integrity of the service.
4. How long we keep it
Waitlist and subscriber records are kept for as long as you remain on the list. Course-purchase records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
5. Security
We use HTTPS across the site, store our integration tokens server-side (never in the browser), and limit access to the platforms that hold your data to people who need it. No system is perfect, but we don't take shortcuts with credentials or shared secrets.
6. Children's privacy
This site and the course are intended for licensed real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we'll delete it.
7. Your rights
You can:
- Ask what information we have about you.
- Request corrections to your information.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Unsubscribe from any email at any time — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@computercopilot.com. We respond within 30 days.
8. International users
Computer Copilot operates from the United States. If you're outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. and any country where our service providers operate.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page or sent by email.
